ALICANTE
Location of accommodation in Alicante
The city of Alicante runs lengthwise along the coast, gradually moving inland, with neighbourhoods such as San Blas and San Blas Alto or the Altozano quarter to the West; the Benalúa or Babel quarters to the South, or the San Antón and Carolinas quarters to the North, among others. Thus, the city forms a kind of semicircle facing the sea.
Tha majority of the host families, flats, hotels or apartments are near the school, around 10 minutes walking. The maximum distance is around 30-35 minutes from the school on foot. If you do not like walking, all the quarters of the city are connected to the center by urban buses running every 10-15 minutes.

High season and low season in Alicante
As you already know, all the cities and villages of the Spanish Mediterranean coast have visitors from many different Spanish and European cities, especially during the festivities and the summer.
That is why the accommodation prices change depending on the season in which you come.
There may be different prices for High or Low Season.
In general, the High Season includes the months of June, July, August and September, in addition to the Easter and Carnival holidays.

Moreover, in the last years, the city has emphasised higher quality tourism, and several superior quality establishments have opened in different areas of the city. In addition, there are small boarding houses and guesthouses, mainly located in the old town and in the centre of Alicante. Hotel ****
This hotel was recently built and is exceptionally well located between the marina and Postiguet Beach.
It has 545 rooms in different buildings, from which you will enjoy magnificent views. It boasts one of the most complete and modern facilities in the Mediterranean.
Outstanding among them are the Wellness Center, with water areas, ice cabins, hot baths, relax areas, and fitness rooms. There are also shops, cafés, and the most complete client services.
It is located 10 minutes on foot from the School.

This hotel is located next to the Rambla de Méndez Núñez and the Explanada de España, in the very heart of business and services area of the city, nearby the historic area and Town Hall. It has 53 rooms with: direct telephone, TV, pay per view films and video games, Canal +, mini-bar, air conditioning, bath kit, hair-drier, piped music, pillows á la carte, buffet breakfast and breakfast for early risers.
It also has 2 salons (from 1 to 35 people), laundry service, cloakroom service, parking 50 metres away, safe-deposit box, and car rental service.
It is located 5 minutes on foot from ZADOR, School of Spanish.
Rural House accommodation in Alicante
Some of the most charming elements of this type of tourism are the direct relationship with the people and family life of the rural guesthouse, the high quality homemade meals, and the magnificent landscapes you can enjoy.
The Houses are located 30-40 minutes by car from the city. If you want to come during Easter or the summer months, you should make your reservation long in advance, since this type of accommodation is in high demand among Spanish travellers.
A 19th century Manor house
This is a 19th century Manor House, located in an inland village, in the urban area next to a church, with terraces and nice views. The interior is tastefully furnished with antiques and there are guided health treatments. It has a living room with a fireplace, dining room, hydro massage swimming pool and 6 double rooms with bathrooms.

VITORIA ACCOMMODATION
Location
Since the Spanish school is located in the centre of Vitoria, and the accommodation is at most 25-30 minutes from the school on foot.

Only one season prices
There is only one season for the accommodation prices in Vitoria, except for the hotels: high prices from Monday to Thursday and low prices from Friday to Sunday.

Host Families
The host families are located at most 25-30 minutes from the school on foot. If you do not feel like walking, all the city’s quarters are connected to the centre by urban buses, running every 10-15 minutes.

A deposit of €150 is required.
Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay. The host family then informs ZADOR to refund the deposit in full or to deduct the costs of any damages.
Description: family life
Living with a Spanish family is one of the best ways to get to know the country you visit, including its culture and its people. It will also allow you to practice the Spanish language in a natural way.
The maximum distance between the house and the school is 20 minutes on foot or 10-15 minutes by bus.
The families are selected and visited regularly. In all of them, you will find a warm atmosphere that will help you get integrated into the family and city life very quickly.
You will have a single room and will be able to choose between accommodation and breakfast, half board (breakfast and lunch) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
The family provides the bed linen, but you must bring your own towels. You should keep your room clean and share the housework with the rest of the family.
You can use the washing machine once a week.
The family will give you your own key.
As in any family around the world, there are also a series of rules you must follow: be punctual to meal hours, let the host know if you are not having lunch or dinner at home, phone when arriving late at night...
A week before your arrival you will be sent all the information related to the family you will live with.
Shared Flats
As with the host families, the flats are located within 25-30 minutes from the school on foot.

Apartments
As with host families and flats, the apartments are located close to the school.
These apartments allows you complete independence and you can share an apartment with your family or your friends and have total independence.
Accommodation in residence for your stay abroad learning Spanish in Vitoria
The Spanish school is located in the centre ofVitoria and the student residence is in University Campus, 20-30 minute walk from the school or 15 minutes by bus.
Description of the residence in Vitoria
This residence is only available for the summer months (July, August, September). For other periods, check with us beforehand for availability.
The residence offers accommodation only, though you can prepare your own meals since each apartment has a kitchen.
This residence, inaugurated in 2000, is modern and comfortable, with several types of apartments: - single - for two people - special for teachers - special for disabled guests.
Each apartment has a completely equipped kitchen with the necessary household items, home appliances, bathroom, heater and connection to Internet.
There is a telephone in the apartment. There is no charge for receiving phone calls, but you must pay for the calls you make by making a deposit at the reception office. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of phone calls you want to make.
The rooms have a bed, writing desk, closet, drawer chest, and chairs.
The residence also provides bed-linens and towels.
Cleaning service (except kitchen) and towels and linen changing service once a week. Each student has his or her own mailbox, as well as a set of keys to their apartment and to the main door of the building. There are no fixed schedules.
The residence has a TV and video room and a fitness centre with free entrance.
A deposit of €150 is required.

HOTELS in Vitoria
In Vitoria, there are hotels, boarding houses and guesthouses of every the category and price range.
The majority of them are located in the centre of the city, and all of them have excellent conditions.

Hotel ****
The Hotel’s remarkable façade is inspired in the French Hotels of the 19th century. The glass roof that crowns its four stories provides its interior with the warmth of daylight. There are two outstanding panoramic lifts.
The hotel’s 149 rooms have been carefully furnished to create an atmosphere of elegance and comfort.
Each room has a bathroom, air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone with alarm clock, satellite TV and mini bar. The hotel offers room service, a buffet style breakfast, restaurant, cafeteria, piano bar and a private parking garage.
There is an exclusive lounge with newspapers and magazines, and a Fitness Centre with hydro-massage, sauna, massage and gym facilities.
It is well located, near the old town, near the La Florida park with its bandstand, a short 10/15 minute walk from the School.
Hotel ***
This hotel is located near the city center, 10 minutes walking from the school.
This hotel puts at your disposal a modern, recently refurbished hotel with 114 fully equipped guest rooms with air condition, complete bathrooms safety box, internet, Wi-Fi, TV by satellite and paying.
Additional services, safety box, complete bathrooms with hair-drier Colour TV, additional channels, and also local and international channels. - Video paying service - Alarm clock service - Central heating and air condition - Laundry service - Minibar and expending machines.
Hotel **
It is located in the very heart of Vitoria, less than 100 metres from the Plaza de España. The hotel entrance is inside a commercial shopping gallery.
Opened in 1965 and completely renovated in 1997, the hotel has 37 inner rooms.
All rooms are spacious, with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. It has room service, air-conditioning, mini bar, fax and Internet service, non smoking rooms and facilities for handicapped guests.
There are two car parks near the hotel. They offer a varied buffet breakfast, which is included in the room price.
The hotel is well located, near the old town and the pedestrian streets, next to the Plaza de España and a 10 minute walk from the Spanish School.
Student Accommodation in a RURAL GUESTHOUSE for your stay abroad learning Spanish in Vitoria
One of the most attractive aspects of this type of accommodation is the direct relationship with the people and family life of the rural guesthouse, the high quality homemade meals, and the magnificent landscapes you can enjoy.
The Houses are located 15-20 minutes by car from the city.
If you want to come during Easter or the summer months, you should make your reservation long in advance, since this type of accommodation is in high demand among Spanish travellers.
A car is necessary since most of the rural guesthouses are located in small villages. The bus service to Vitoria does not run very frequently (in most cases, there are only two services per day)

Rural Guest house: Facing the lake and surrounded by trees and water.
This wonderful guesthouse is located in a small village, facing a lakelake, on a peninsula surrounded by water and century-old trees. It is a charming village where you can relax and get to know one of the most beautiful enclaves in the Basque Country.
It has 5 double rooms with bathrooms with views onto the lake, three of them with lofted ceilings. There are 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace and a wide porch overlooking the lake. It has a big garden with swings and a play-area for children. There is also a car park.
You can rent canoes or a sailboat to enjoy the calm waters on the lake.
Rural house: A typical hamlet near the natural park
A rural tourism house, located in the Gorbeia Natural Park, in the town of Murua, 10 minutes from Vitoria. Here you will enjoy a peaceful stay in a family-style atmosphere, living a rural and natural life.
The house has five double rooms, a living room with a fireplace, a library and a kitchen for the exclusive use of guests.
They offer the following services: breakfast and dinner, TV with satellite, washing and ironing. You can also take part in activities such as canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, trekking, etc. There are several restaurants and sports facilities nearby.
