Accommodation in Granada

Your accommodation is carefully selected by the head of department. Accommodation is a fundamental part of a satisfactory stay, and over the twenty years that we have been operating, we have achieved an excellent level of accommodation.

 

Students may choose between:

  • a Spanish family
  • shared flat with other students from the school
  • shared flat with Spanish flatmates
  • individual flat
  • hotels and hostels

All accommodation is located within a maximum of 15 minutes from the school on foot. Students should indicate whether they prefer to live in the Albaicín district or in the centre of Granada.

In summer, all students have access to a swimming-pool to cool down or to sunbathe. The school also organises poolside barbecues.

Spanish family
Our families have been accommodating students for many years, and they enjoy living and communicating with them. In a family, students will live a real Spanish lifestyle, and this will help them to improve their Spanish greatly. There is a choice between full board, half board, a single room or a double room (provided there is another student available).

Shared flat
There is also the possibility of sharing a flat with other students from the school or with Spanish flatmates. The accommodation is very comfortable, and usually has two bedrooms. Students can apply for a single or a double room (provided that there is another student interested in sharing). The kitchen, living-room and bathroom are shared with other students. The flats have a television, most have a telephone for receiving calls, a washing machine, bedclothes and a weekly cleaning service for the communal areas.

Individual flat
We offer standard and luxury flats near the school. The student should indicate the number of rooms required, the exact dates, and he/she will then be given an estimate of the cost together with a description of the flat.

Hotels and hostels
We organise everything we can, depending on demand.

Note:
Accommodation in shared flats and with families includes: electricity, gas and water, waste collection and cleaning of communal areas. Bedclothes are also supplied.
