 The school offers the following options for accommodation

A SPANISH FAMILY

Living with a Spanish family allows you to get to know the Spanish way of life from the inside, the customs the food, ways of enjoying yourself and, above all ,you can practice Spanish out of the classroom.

We have links with a number of trustworthy and experienced families.

FLAT-SHARING

Is the most independent option. You have your own room and share all the communal areas: the sitting room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the toilet...

N.B.: Accommodation runs from Sunday-Saturday morning. If necessary you can book extra nights for an additional charge.

PRIVATE APARTMENT BY THE BEACH

The school can rent out a furnished apartment for as long as is needed. Two months notice is required. General Conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This is a service exclusively provided for our students while studying in the school

1.       The prices provided are for monthly rental .These prices are inclusive of the cost of lights, water and gas on the understanding that there is reasonable usage.

2.       To rent you have to pay in advance.

General Description: The apartment is completely new and of about 70 square metres. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a combined living-dining room with a window and exit onto a large private terrace with direct access into the garden with the communal pool. Newly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob and an electric oven. Hot and cold air-conditioning.

Bedrooms:

ˇ         Master Bedroom: double bed ,wardrobe ,two bedside tables. Unsuited private bathroom.

ˇ         Bedroom 2: two 90cm beds, a wardrobe and a bedside table.

The two bedrooms have windows looking out directly onto the private terrace and garden.

Distance to the school on foot: 25-30 minutes.

Flat: Ground floor.

Distance from the beach: Las Marinas beach is about 50 metres away.

Location: The apartment is situated in Las Marinas Beach about 3 Km. from the city centre. It is one of the best beaches in Dénia and places to enjoy oneself. There is a bus-stop in front of the urbanisation that takes you to Dénia´s port.

HOSTEL LORETO

The Hostel Loreto is situated in the historic centre of Dénia 5 minutes walk from the school and 800 m. from the beach. Previously it was a religious collage which was built by the Marques de Campo approximately 450 years ago. The hostel has 43 rooms which have recently been renovated and include air conditioning and bathrooms. The international restaurant is air-conditioned and has an exterior and interior terrace.
